Payment: I accept credit and debit through paypal, checks, and money orders. Checks are subjected to a 4 day hold. I cannot accept cash because it is illegal, and it may not arrive. I have had two customers who have claimed to have sent concealed cash that has not arrived. Therefore I am not accepting cash. Payment or contact must be recieved within 5 days or I will assume you aren't interested and the item will be relisted.

Simply follow the steps to become a paypal member, its very easy.


Shipping: Shipping is $2.50 for first class mail (arrives in 2-3 days). Shipping is $4.50 for tiaras. If you can tell me a cheaper way too ship please tell me! I do combine jewelry shipping, I can only ship two tiaras per package because they are delicate, I cannot risk them becoming tangled. I ship the day after payment is made, if it is a custom tiara, it may take a day to make and then I will email you when it is complete.

I ship internationally, please email me with your address before purchasing so I can accurately calculate postage.

Insurance: Insurance is an extra $1.30, and is optional. I am not responsible for packages that are not insured. If an insured package is lost in the mail, I will issue a full refund.

Refunds: Due to the popular "wear it and return it" I do not do exchanges, or refunds. I describe everything honestly.

Custom Orders: I charge a $3.00 custom order fee. All custom orders must be paid for before I begin making them. I will send pictures at your request after the item is finished. Most of my items can be remade upon request, but they will cost a little extra if the materials are hard to come by.

All of my items are made from quality materials. Swarvorski crystals, czech glass, .925 sterling silver head pins, ear hooks, wire, and findings, genuine semi-precious stones, brass, and copper wire. I only shop at the best stores for my beads. My beads may be a little expensive, but they're worth every penny. You won't find any plastic stuff here! Please remember, a percentage of all purchases go to feed hungry children around the world.
